The festival isn’t just about miles on the trail - it’s about how you recover, recharge and reconnect. Our wellness programme offers space to slow things down, whether you’ve spent the day pushing your limits or simply want to unwind from the start.

From guided yoga and breathwork sessions to mindful walks in the surrounding landscape, you’ll find moments to pause, breathe and take it all in. Ease tired legs in the sauna, reset your body, and give yourself time to recover properly.

Yoga
Join us for multiple free yoga sessions running throughout the weekend - open to all levels, whether you’re loosening up after a day on the trails or simply taking time to slow down.

Stretch, breathe and reset with guided sessions designed to help you recover, recharge and reconnect with the outdoors around you.
A limited number of mats will be available, so if you have your own, please feel free to bring it along.

Sauna
Our wood-fired sauna will be on site all weekend, offering the perfect way to relax after a day on the trails - or simply to take a quiet moment for yourself.

This is an additional bookable experience, available to festival-goers at a heavily reduced price. Spaces will be limited, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your slot.

Pilates
Join our free Pilates sessions designed specifically for runners and cyclists - included as part of your festival ticket. These sessions focus on core strength, stability and mobility to help you perform better on the trails and reduce the risk of injury.

Whether you’re warming up for a big day out or recovering after time in the saddle, Pilates is the perfect way to reset your body and build strength where it matters most.

Suitable for all levels, these guided sessions will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and ready for whatever’s next.


Breathwork
Take time away from the pace of the festival with guided breathwork sessions and mindful walks designed to help you reset, refocus and fully experience the landscape around you.

Our breathwork sessions are free as part of your festival ticket - simple, powerful practices to help calm the mind, reduce stress and restore energy.

For a deeper immersion, join one of our guided mindful walks. These small-group experiences invite you to slow right down, tune into your surroundings and reconnect with nature in a more intentional way. Mindful walks are part of our wellness programme and available as an additional ticket.
